We had wsome gigs cancel for the last week of our trip. We will be in CZ on Sept 10th, looking for a gig on our way to Montpellier on Sunday the 11th. We will be back in CZ on the 222nd for 3 days, oru last confirmed gig is the 24th in Pornoka. So we still have the 25th thru 1 Oct to fill. my name is Dallas and I'm the booking agent for the Canadian post-hardcore band SLATES (a band I also play drums in). SLATES are a vegan, socially conscious four-piece band who have drawn comparisons to such indie notables as the Wipers, the Replacements and Husker Du.
SLATES will be touring Europe for 5 weeks in August and September to promote the upcoming album; Prairie Fires (which has started getting great reviews on several German music blogs). My name is Martin, I am the guitarist of a band called Officer Friendly, located in Vienna and St. Pölten, Austria. We play political Punkrock in English, German and Spanish language and are already well known in eastern Austria as we played together yet with great bands like Loikaemie, Sham69, Rasta Knast, Born to lose and so on. Hope you’re well.
Red Tape is now sending a massive double bill on the road.
The two math/prog rock bands Trust (www.myspace.com/abandcalledtrust) and Town Portal (www.myspace.com/townportal) embark on a rock’n’roll journey in late September/October.
We are currently booking the tour, which is why we are writing you.
Prog-core stoners Trust just released their debut-album on Play/Rec (Lack, Marvins Revolt, Mount Eerie, etc.) after two 7”s on Red Tape, and are playing at this year’s Roskilde Festival (the biggest festival of northern Europe).
The instrumental math-rock/post-metal outfit Town Portal on the other hand has yet to record anything at all being a very new band, but the members draw on experience from former/side projects like Kolera, Nightpass and Shelflife. Town Portal though, is the most ambitious to date.

Hello, I was given your contact details by a friend of mine in Budapest. I am a singer songwriter from Scotland living in Paris and I will be touring Europe for 5 weeks in September. I toured in March with my friend PJ Bond (who I believe you booked in 2010) and again in Austria in June, where I played two shows with Frank Turner. I would love to come to Hungary to play a show as I have not been before and if you would be at all interested in putting on a gig for me or adding me to the bill of an existing show that would be awesome. I would require a little money for travel costs and perhaps somewhere to sleep (although that might be covered) but nothing else.
If you are interested or know someone who might be I would be very grateful!
