MOVING FORWARD
While we're really proud of our history and accomplishments we feel our career is really just getting started and feel slightly embarrassed by anything that hints at retrospect.
There's plenty of time for that later when we're old. We'd rather move forward.
That said, we are hard at work on the new album, and really looking forward to sharing it with you.
There has been a lot of discussion about the unauthorized material, including the 'Story of AFI' book recently published.
Just so you guys know, this is totally unauthorized. We were not involved in the creation of this book and have nothing to do with it at all. Some of the photos are from shows, some are from photo shoots we did for magazines.
We think it's important to mention that at the time that we took candid shots with our friends and family, we never authorized them to be circulated, published or sold. We respect the privacy of our family and friends, would never exploit their images and were shocked to see that someone had sold them for personal gain.
