THE LIVING END PARTNER WITH TRIPLE J TO GIVE FANS A FREE ALBUM TASTER The Living End and Australia’s youth radio network Triple J have joined forces to give fans a taste of TLE’s brand new album WHITE NOISE with a free download from the Triple J website! The track How Do We Know is available now for one week only, so get hopping to hear the first fruits of the new album. Holed up in Atlanta, GA where they are currently finishing mixing the record, TLE’s Chris Cheney “thought it would be cool to connect with people quicker – without all the lead up time and let people hear something immediately”. “I know what it’s like to wait around for a record to come out and it sucks! Fear not, it’s almost done, and in the mean time check this out. By the way, it’s not the single, it’s more like an entree!” We haven't confirmed this with Guiness and his Book of World Records, but we're pretty sure the band also came close to breaking some sort of land speed record for the track's release. How Do We Know was only mixed Tuesday 13 May and mastered on Monday! The fact that is now being downloaded onto computers and mp3 players everywhere only 4 days later shows just how excited the band were about getting this track heard. Director of Dew Process, Paul Piticco, said “we created the idea to fulfill the band’s wish to give their fans a free sampling of the eagerly anticipated new album, and a way to break the mold in regard to the usual multi-month delays in getting the music from the creators to their audience”.
